17-Year-Old Charged After Noose Discovered In Locker Room At High School In Region A 17-year-old has been charged in connection to an incident in which a noose was found in a boys' locker room at a high school in Connecticut. The noose was discovered in Tolland County at the RHAM High School located in Hebron on Friday, Nov. 18. Police Investigating Suspicious Death Of 38-Year-Old In Region As Homicide Police are investigating as a homicide the suspicious death of a man found by concerned citizens in Connecticut. The man, identified as Antonio Tosado-Lopez, age 38, of Hartford, was found around 2 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 11 in the rear parking lot of 700 Park St., said Lt. Aaron Boisvert, of the Hartford Police. According to Boisvert, officers responded to the area after concerned citizens informed the Hartford Fire Department about an unconscious man on Park Street. When officers arrived, Hartford Fire was providing medical attention to Tosado-Lopez until EMS arrived on the scene. …

15-Year-Old Arrested For Homicide In Region A 15-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with an alleged homicide in Connecticut over the weekend. The killing of a 17-year-old took place around 2:45 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 9 in the area of 25 Westbrook St., in East Hartford. According to Deputy Chief Joshua Litwin, of the East Hartford Police, when police responded to the report of a person on the ground they found the victim who was unresponsive and was pronounced dead at the scene. Drive-By Shooting On Western Mass Street Under Investigation, Police Say Police in Western Massachusetts are searching for the person or people who fired shots on a city street, hitting a vehicle and an apartment building. The shooting took place around 8:15 p.m., Wednesday, June 23 on Francis Avenue in Pittsfield, Lieutenant Michael Maddalena said.  Arriving police units located ballistic evidence in the roadway and a parked vehicle had also been struck.  Further investigation showed that one round had struck the side of one of the apartment buildings as well, Maddalena said.
