Man Accused Of Stabbing Found Dead Near Western Mass Home Following Weeklong Manhunt Jeff Cote, the man police say stabbed his ex-girlfriend at her Berkshire County home last week before running away, was found dead near his home on Thursday, June 15, authorities said.  Cote was found in the woods near his Savoy home, but investigators declined to release the cause of death.
