Man From Region Busted For Leaving Scene Of Crash, Having Pistol, Police Say A Connecticut man who allegedly crashed his pickup truck and then walked home was also busted for having a pistol in the vehicle without a license. The incident took place in Hartford County around 5:15 a.m., Sunday, Dec. 11 on Route 4 in Burlington. According to Connecticut State Police, troopers responded to a report of a crash on Route 4 in the town of Burlington. Responding troopers found damage and located a Ford pickup truck with damage off the roadway, positioned up against a tree, police said.
