Man Dies After Being Ejected From Vehicle In Crash In Region, Police Say A 51-year-old Connecticut man was killed after being ejected during a single-vehicle crash. The crash took place in East Hartford around 9:15 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 18, on Route 2 near Exit 5.  According to the state police, Glenn Pelletier, of Plainville, was killed when for an unknown reason, his 2005 Harley-Davidson motorcycle struck the concrete barrier off the left side of the roadway.  The impact caused Pelletier to be ejected from the motorcycle, causing fatal injuries, state police said. 25-Year-Old Woman Killed In Two-Vehicle Crash In Region A 25-year-old area woman was killed in a two-vehicle crash on Route 2. The crash took place in East Hartford around 11 p.m., Thursday, May 5, said the Connecticut State Police. When troopers arrived on the scene, an investigation found Wanda Figueroa, age 25, of Hartford, with serious injuries and she was pronounced dead at the scene, state police said.
