Man With Hatchet Is Arrested, Charged With Kidnapping A man found hiding in a driveway and carrying a hatchet has been arrested and charged with kidnapping among other crimes. On Sunday, Dec. 20, at around 8 p.m., police responded to a report of an assault with a knife in the area of Irving Street in Worcester. The stranger - who was later identified as Edwin Reyes, 28, of Worcester - allegedly approached the victim on the street and forced the victim into the entryway of a nearby building, threatened him, and pointed a knife at him, Worcester Police said.
