Teen Who Died After Spicy 'One Chip Challenge' Plans To Sue, Law Firm Says A law firm representing the family of a 14-year-old Worcester boy who died shortly after trying the spicy One Chip Challenge signaled on Wednesday, July 10, that they plan to file a lawsuit over his death.  Harris Wolobah died on Sept. 1, 2023.
