Man From Region Killed In Single-Car Crash A Connecticut man was killed during an early-morning single-car crash. The crash took place in Hartford County around 1:15 a.m., Wednesday, July 12 in South Windsor, near the intersection of Nevers Road and Graham Road. According to Sgt. Mark Cleverdon, of the South Windsor Police, the driver of the vehicle, an Audi sedan, was determined to be the only occupant.  He was pronounced dead at the scene after life-saving measures were attempted by the South Windsor Fire Department and the Ambulance Service of Manchester.  During an investigation, it was determined that the…

Police Arrest Teen Allegedly Drinking, Driving, And Planning To Sell Marijuana A 19-year-old allegedly found driving with open beer bottles and marijuana in an unregistered car has been released on $240 cash bail. On Sunday, Dec. 20, around midnight, police stopped a motor vehicle in Dudley. While talking to the driver, Leonardo Hernandez, 19, of Southbridge, police allegedly observed open and unopened beer bottles, police said. Hernandez allegedly confessed to drinking while driving, police said.
