$100K Lottery Ticket Sold In West Springfield It was a lucky weekend for one Bay Stater after they collected a $100,000 check in the Massachusetts State Lottery.  They won the money after correctly guessing all five numbers in the Mass Cash drawing. Those are 7, 12, 17, 26, and 29. Springfield Man Charged With Attempted Murder For West Side Shooting A man has been arrested for attempted murder following a shooting at a home off Main Street over the weekend. On Saturday, Feb. 6, at around 4:30 p.m., police responded to a report of a shooting at 84 Armstrong St. in West Springfield. Upon arrival, police said they found a male victim inside the home who had been shot multiple times. The victim was transported to Baystate Medical Center where he was treated for serious but not life-threatening injuries, police said.
