26-Year-Old Charged In Connection To Western Mass Murder A Western Massachusetts man has been charged with murder after turning himself in to police in connection with the January murder of another man. Hampden County resident Jerry Ramos, age 26, of Springfield, was arrested on Wednesday, April 13 for the murder of a man in Indian Orchard.
