Man Rescued After Car Crashes Into Lake In Western Mass All hands were on deck to help rescue a man whose vehicle crashed into a lake in Western Massachusetts. Berkshire County first responders in Great Barrington from the police and fire Departments, and Southern Berkshire Ambulance were dispatched to Lake Mansfield shortly after 2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 23, where there was a report of a car submerged in the water.
