Officials ID 31-Year-Old Man Killed In Central Mass Car Crash Officials in Milford have identified the 31-year-old man killed in an early morning crash on Sunday, Feb. 19.  Luis Saeteros Guallpa of Milford died just after 4 a.m. when a car crashed into him as he walked near the back entrance of Wendy's near the intersection of Dilla and Cedar street, authorities said.  A woman who identified herself as his cousin on Facebook said the family plans to send Guallpa's body back to his native Ecuador for burial.  Buenas tardes mis amigas /os / Familiares Mi Primo tuvo un accidente grande este domingo 19 y no resistió ya que fue... Police Locate Car In Fatal Hit-Run Crash In Region Police have located a car that hit and killed a Connecticut man and then fled the scene. The crash took place in Litchfield County around 5:11 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 8, in New Milford. Fairfield County resident Galo Rafael Guaman-Sarmiento, age 61, of Danbury, was crossing Danbury Road when he was struck by a 2013-2016 black Ford Fusion, said the New Milford Police. The driver, who has not been found, fled the scene, and Guaman-Sarmiento was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. Police have been searching for the Fusion since the crash and located it on Saturday, Nov. 12, police said. …
