Trio Nabbed After Resident Reports Person Under Vehicle In Western Mass Three Connecticut men were nabbed in Western Massachusetts for allegedly attempting to steal a catalytic converter thanks to a resident who spotted one of the men under a car, said police.  The incident took place around 6:45 a.m., Monday, Nov. 8, when the alert Hampden County resident notified the police in Holyoke of a suspicious person crawling out from under their neighbor's car with what appeared to be a catalytic converter.
