Western Mass Man Stalked, Threatened Prosecutor After Attacking His Own Mother: DA A 28-year-old Hampshire County man accused of choking his mother until she passed out is now charged with stalking and threatening to murder the prosecutor of that case, authorities said.  Cody Malone, of Northampton, is charged with stalking, criminal harassment, intimidation of a prosecutor, and threatening to commit murder, the Northwestern District Attorney's Office said. Junior Firefighter/Youth Football Volunteer Faces Child Porn, Stalking Charges A man claiming to be a junior firefighter and youth football volunteer has been summonsed to court on child pornography and stalking charges. Daryl A.
