Several Bags Of Heroin Found On Woman During Western Mass Traffic Stop: Police A routine traffic stop in Western Massachusetts this weekend led officers to obtain drugs, including heroin, and a loaded gun, authorities said.  Officers were observing a vehicle being driven without a front license plate in Springfield around 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 29, Springfield Police report.
