Western Mass Man Found Unconscious In Car With PCP After Crashing, Police Say A Western Massachusetts man crossed over four lanes of traffic before crashing on the lawn of a restaurant after allegedly taking PCP and passing out while driving, police said. Police in Hampden County received a report of a one-car crash on the front lawn of the Blue Elephant restaurant on Boston Road at 6:15 p.m. on Saturday, April 17 with an unconscious man inside.
