Woman Apprehended After Stolen DOT Vehicle Crashes In Region A woman received minor injuries after she was crashed into by another woman who blew through a red light while driving an alleged stolen Department of Transportation truck. The crash took place in New Haven County about 10:15 a.m. Thursday, March 10, at the intersection of Elm Street and Bailey Road in North Haven. Minutes before the crash, Connecticut State Police had received notice of the DOT truck theft on Route 40.  They were notified of the crash while on their way, state police said.
