Woman Killed In I-84 Crash In Hartford County Police are seeking witnesses or drivers who have dashcam equipment to contact officers regarding a crash that left a 33-year-old woman dead on I-84. The crash took place around 7:45 p.m., Monday,  Sept. 13, when a 2015 Acura was headed east in the left-center lane of five, hit the Hartford woman who was walking in the same lane, Connecticut State Police said.  Police said Tuesday, Sept. 14, they continue to investigate why the woman, identified as Arlena Lisette Clark, was walking on the highway. Litchfield County Good Samaritan Struck, Killed Assisting Others On I-84 State police are asking the public for help after a man, who was assisting people following a crash, was hit and killed in Connecticut. Andy Azab, of Oakville, an enclave of Watertown in Litchfield County, was hit by a Nissan Altima while attempting to help at another crash scene on I-84 in Hartford County, in Southington. State police said the accident happened around 6:30 p.m., on Tuesday, July 6 near the Exit 28 on-ramp, when Azab, age 62, was standing in the travel portion of the highway. Azab was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead, state police said. No one else was …
