23-Year-Old Seriously Injured In Rollover I-91 Crash, Police Say Connecticut State Police are asking for witnesses to a crash in which a man was seriously injured after hitting a metal guardrail and rolling over. The crash took place in Hartford County around 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 19 on I-91 in Rocky Hill, said state police. According to state police, Maxwell Henry Coddington, age 23, of Rocky Hill, lost control of his Toyota Camry for an unknown reason and struck the metal beam guide rail off the right shoulder causing the car to roll over.
