The owner of Place 2 Be on Franklin Avenue in Hartford recently opened a “booze garden” in downtown Hartford and are working on plans to open a second Place 2 Be “boujie” brunch spot in West Hartford. Place 2 Be may be best known for its crazy “bottomless” cocktails served in festive tiny tubs. “Each spot has a unique vibe,” the owner said.
