So why is Joe Kennedy III running to represent Worchester? An ad for Kennedy to represent Massachusetts as a U.S. senator is causing the candidate headaches right before the primary election. A large ad that ran in the Sunday, Aug. 30 Worcester Telegram & Gazette contained the phrase: “Joe Kennedy III: For U.S. Senate, For Massachusetts, For Worchester.” The primary election is Tuesday, Sept. 1.
