Updated: List Of Winners In Central, Western Mass Elections Votes are still being tallied in one local, contested race while the rest in Central and Western Massachusetts have been called.  State Representative for the 3rd District has not been decided - 9 of the 12 precincts have been counted as of noon on Nov. 4, Wednesday, but on Thursday, Nov. 5, the New York Times called Boldyga the victor.  *Rep.
