23-Year-Old Ohio Man Killed In Auburn Crash A 23-year-old man from Columbus, Ohio, died Thursday morning, Jan. 19, following a multi-car crash in Auburn, officials said.  The Ohio man, whose name was not released, was driving a 2013 Mazda VST east on Route 90 just before 7:30 a.m. when he sideswiped a 60-year-old man's CX5 from Sturbridge, Massachusetts State police said. The crash happened in the Hartford County town of Wethersfield at about 6:40 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 16, Connecticut State Police reported. Wrong-Way Driver From Central Mass Killed In 2-Car Crash On Route 146: Police A wrong-way driver from central Massachusetts was killed in a two-car crash close to the Rhode Island border, authorities said. The 42-year-old man from Douglas died in the crash that happened on Route 146 in Uxbridge around 10:19 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 21, Massachusetts State Police said.  Initial investigation revealed the man was going the wrong way when he crashed his 2006 Chrysler 300 into a 2019 Mazda CX5 about a half mile from the Rhode Island border.  He sustained serious injuries from the crash and later died at a local hospital, police said. Man Driving Without Headlights On Facing Drug, Weapons Charges, Massachusetts State Police Say A Massachusetts man was arrested following a traffic stop for driving without headlights on alleged weapons and drug charges. David McDade, age 36, of Worcester, was arrested around 2:30 a.m., Sunday, Oct. 31, after a state police trooper noticed he was driving in a black Mazda CX-9 without headlights. Trooper Micheal Lyons pulled over McDade and after running a check found that his license had been suspended, state police said. On Wednesday, Feb. 3, Little Ferry Police responded to a report of a vehicle stuck in the snow around 9 a.m. near Mehrof Road. Though it could not be seen through the piles of snow the car, a four-door Mazda SUV hatchback had driven up on a parking divider with part of the car on the grass, according to NBC News.
