Neighbors' Complaint Leads To Arrest Of Springfield Men, Police Say Two men have been arrested for alleged possession of drugs and guns after complaints from their Western Massachusetts neighbors. Jonathan Torres and Antonio Marin, both of Springfield, were arrested around 2:20 p.m., Friday, July 16, while officers were addressing numerous citizens’ complaints about drug and gun activity as well as loitering on Fernwold Street in Springfield, said Ryan Walsh, spokesman for the Springfield Police Department.
