Son Of MBTA Transit Police Chief With Murder Of North Shore Father Of 4 The son of the MTBA's Transit Police Chief is being held without bail after he was charged with shooting a Lynn man to death in Everett last month, the Boston Globe reports. Brian Green, age 35, was arrested in connection with the murder of Jarmahl Sutson, age 38, the Middlesex District Attorney's office reports. Sutson was shot inside a home on Central Avenue in Everett in the early morning hours of July 19, the office reports.  Investigation revealed that Green used to live at the same apartment and was upset about Sutson's relationship with his estranged wife who still lived there. Authorities ID 38-Year-Old Man Found Dead In Neighboring Boston City Home Authorities have identified the victim of a fatal shooting in Everett earlier this week as 38-year-old Jarmahl Sutsen, of Lynn, the Middlesex County Sheriff's Office said.  Sutsen was found inside his home on Central Avenue around 4:22 a.m. on Tuesday, July 19, the office reports.  No arrested have been made and the investigation is ongoing, the office reports.
