Baby On Board: Springfield Man Busted With Drugs, 3-Year-Old In Car In Ludlow, Police Said A wanted 22-year-old Hampden County man was arrested last week after police found drugs in his car along with a 3-year-old child, authorities said. David Vaddy, of Springfield, is charged with one count each of possession with intent to distribute heroin, crack, and cocaine following his arrest on Saturday, March 25, Ludlow police said.  Officers pulled over Vaddy's car just before 1 a.m. for a routine traffic stop on Center Street, but things escalated when police realized Vaddy had a warrant for his arrest, authorities said.  Officers searched the car and found two bundles…
