Springfield Police Make Arrests After 13-year-old Crashes Stolen Car Springfield Police made three arrests early this morning after a 13-year-old driving a stolen car crashed at the intersection of State and Catherine streets. In addition to the arrests, police confiscated an illegal firearm - the 70th such weapon police have taken off the streets this year, police said.
