There is still one $1 million ticket for that game in circulation.  Surinder opted to take the lump sum payment of $650,000 (before taxes) rather than the annuity. He didn't say how he would spend the cash.  He bought the winning ticket at  Columbia Market at 151 Columbia St. in Cambridge. The store will get a $10,000 bonus for the sale.

$1M Lottery Win: Wife's Number Lands Billerica Man Big Payday A Middlesex County man is $1 million richer thanks to playing the lottery with his number special to his wife.  Paul Pratt won the money play the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “Waves of Cash” $5 instant ticket game. Pratt chose to buy his ticket from dispenser No. 26 at Y-Not Variety at 140 Willow Ave. in Somerville because that is his wife Kathy's badge number, the lottery said.  Pratt took the lump sum of $650,000 before taxes rather than the annuity.  Y-Not Variety will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
