Police in Salem are searching for a suspect involved in a shooting that left one man with a gunshot wound on the morning of Monday, Nov. 13. Officers responded to a report of shots fired at 23 Horton Street shortly before 8 a.m., according to the Salem Police Department. Police in Essex County have arrested an 18-year-old man and charged him with fatally shooting Carl-Hens Beliard in a car early Wednesday morning, Nov. 1, authorities said.
