'There Will Be Death!': Middleton Ex-Naval Officer Sentenced For Threatening Ex-Wife, Her Mom A former US Navy police officer who admitted to making several threats of violence to his ex-wife and her mother was sentenced to 18 months in prison, federal authorities said.  Luis De Leon, 30, of Middleton, pleaded guilty to three counts of making threats in interstate commerce in March, the US Attorney for Massachusetts said.
