Jan. 6: Ex-Boston Officer Attacked Police During Assault On US Capitol, FBI Says The FBI arrested a retired Boston police officer on Thursday, March 30, and charged him with taking part in the Jan. 6 attack on the US Capitol, including assaulting a police officer with a chair during the melee, authorities said.  Joseph Fisher, 52, is charged with felony counts of obstruction of law enforcement during civil disorder and assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers, among other charges, according to court documents released by NBC News.
