'Enraged' Methuen Man Spits On, Punches 3 Cops: Police An "unruly" hotel customer was arrested for assaulted a trio of police officers, officials say.  Police were called to a hotel located at 1910 Andover Street in Tewksbury when Patrick Buckley, of Methuen, refused to check out of his room on Saturday, May 13 at around 12 p.m., according to the Tewksbury Police Department.   Hotel employees informed police that 36-year-old Buckley was "unruly." Officers arrived to find an "enraged" Buckley shouting and refusing to check out or re-book his hotel room for another night, police said. Buckley then assaulted the officers…
