Acton Police have filed for a criminal complaint charging the woman with leaving the scene of a crash causing personal injury, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and a crosswalk violation, Chief Richard Burrows reports. GoFundMe Created For 13-Year-Old Boy Critically Hurt In Acton Hit-And-Run A family is in need of financial support after their 13-year-old was critically injured in a hit-and-run in Acton.  Cesar Soto was hit in the crash that happened on Great Road near Harris Street around 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 2, Acton Police and Fire report. Suspect Identified In Acton Hit-And-Run That Injured 13-Year-Old Boy: Police Police have identified a suspect and vehicle involved in a hit-and-run that seriously injured a 13-year-old boy in Action earlier this month, authorities said.  Acton Police and Fire responded to the crash at Great Road near Harris Street around 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 2, authorities said. Upon arrival officers found the 13-year-old boy suffering from injuries.
