A Peabody man who walked away with a $1 million prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery said he plans to spend the money on his family. Frederico Sampaio won the seven-figure prize playing the $5 “Double Your Money” scratch-off game. He plans to use that money to help his loved ones. Sampaio bought the ticket at RX3 Energy at 94 Bridge St. in Salem. The store will get a $10,000 bonus for the sale.
