Police Ask For Help In I-95 Fatal Shooting That Killed 37-Year-Old Man Massachusetts State Police are asking for anyone who may have dashcam or video footage taken Saturday night, Feb. 3, when a man was shot inside his car on I-95 in Foxborough to share it with troopers.  Justin R. Parker, 37, of North Attleboro, was shot multiple times along the southbound lanes of the interstate just before 10 p.m. His Mercedes swerved into a neighboring lane and struck a Lexus SUV, sending it into the woods.
