Methuen Officers Get Assist From Worried Neighbors In Fentanyl Bust: Police A 43-year-old Arlington man is in jail thanks to several concerned Methuen citizens who helped police get fentanyl off the streets, officials said.  Mark Russell was arrested and charged with trafficking fentanyl on Thursday, Sept. 29, Methuen police said.  The Methuen street crimes unit set up a surveillance operation near Lawrence Street after several people called them about drugs in their community.
