His name is being witheld pending family notification.  The driver of the cement truck is a 53-year-old Medford man who was driving a truck owned by Boston Sand and Gravel. Cement Truck Rolls Off North Andover Road, Shutting Down Traffic Officials closed a road to deal with a cement truck that rolled off the road. The cement truck rolled over on Middleton Road on Tuesday, June 11, appearing to nearly flop into a body of water, according to a Tweet sent by the North Andover Fire Department. The truck appeared to roll off the road and towards a body of water.North Andover Fire Department The road was closed around noon.  The North Andover Fire Department and Police Department were among the organizations that responded to the incident.
