Two men and a dog were rescued after a boat exploded and burst into flames, officials say. A boat exploded in Gloucester Harbor on Monday, July 17, putting two men and a dog in danger, according to the Gloucester Police Department. Reports of a boat on fire near the Bylnman Bridge came in around 8:58 a.m., saying that people were in the water. First responders arrived to find a boat that was engulfed in flames.
