Troopers Accused Of Taking Bribes Suspended Without Pay Two Massachusetts State Troopers have been suspended without pay following a sweeping indictment accusing them and former troopers of taking bribes to pass unqualified drivers applying for commercial driver licenses.  Sergeant Gary Cederquist, of Stoughton, and Trooper Joel Rogers, of Bridgwater, were the two active-duty troopers placed on unpaid leave.
