Cambridge Bagel Shop Ranks Among Best In US (Outside New York), Report Says A bagel shop that uses a decades-old sourdough starter is getting new accolades from a revered foodie magazine. Bagelsaurus, a bagel bakeshop and café located at 1796 Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge, was listed among the top bagel shops in the US by Bon Appetit. Bon Appetit noted that shops have been producing creative types of bagels (ie, not just New York-style) and made a list of just over 20 of the best non-NY bagel shops around the country.
