Rockville resident Andrea Ye, whose preferred name is Alex Ye, was arrested on Wednesday, April 17 following an extensive investigation after the FBI notified Montgomery County Public Schools about a 129-page "manifesto" authored by the teen. Montgomery County Schools Sheltering In Place Hours After HS Evacuation For Bomb Threat: Police Several Montgomery County schools were forced to shelter in place on Monday afternoon, just hours after Wootton High School was evacuated for a reported bomb threat.
