As previously reported by Daily Voice, Joseph Shawn Delibertis, 32, was struck and killed by an unknown vehicle on Snowden River Parkway near Oakland Mills Road. Driver Killed In Howard County Crash Was 12 Years Old: Report A 12-year-old girl who was driving a car crashed and died early Sunday, July 24 in Howard County, abc7 reports. Her adult male adult passenger was seriously injured. It wasn't immediately clear why the girl was behind the wheel of the 2017 Toyota Corolla.  She was headed southbound on Broken Land Parkway when the car veered off the roadway and struck a tree just south of Cradlerock Way around 2:10 a.m. in Columbia, police said. Southbound Broken Land Parkway was closed between Cradlerock Way and Snowden River Parkway for approximately four hours.
