Pennsylvania Predator Extorts NJ Child Into Sending $13,000, Self-Made Porn Pics, Feds Charge An 18-year-old Pennsylvania man extorted nearly $13,000 from a New Jersey juvenile in exchange for not posting sexually explicit images that he'd convinced the victim to send him, federal authorities charged.
