The Cecil County Sheriff’s Office issued an alert for Lukas Lee Paxton, who has multiple active warrants out for his arrest for theft in the region. Paxton has two warrants out for his arrest in Cecil County for dealing drugs, and one from the Calvert County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear in court on a previous charge, officials said.
