Maryland Teen Murder Suspect Arrested For November Killing A Maryland teen has been arrested in connection to a November murder, authorities announce. Dominique Edmonds, 18, was arrested on Friday, Dec. 9, around 9 a.m., at an apartment in the 2000 block of Ramblewood Road after being accused of killing Theodore Barksdale, 34, late last month, according to Baltimore police. On Tuesday, Nov. 29, around 4:20 p.m., 34-year-old Theodore Barksdale was found shot in an alley off the 100 block of North Kossuth Street.
