The man was found inside of the home after officials were called to the scene of the fire on the 2500 block of West Lexington Street for a follow up around noon on Sunday, Dec. 4, according to Baltimore police. Once at the scene, officers were notified of a body that had been found inside of the home. Jeffrey Chaney, 56, is accused of stabbing Peter Riley, 50, inside of the residence in the 600 block of West Lexington Street around 6 p.m., Thursday, July 28, according to Baltimore police.
