A 64-year-old registered sex offender in Maryland is facing more than 200 charges in connection to child sexual abuse, according to authorities. The Wicomico County Sherif's Office announced on Thursday that James Arthur Thompson, has been indicted on a total of 228 charges following a months-long investigation into allegations of the sexual abuse of a minor.
