FBI Issues Alert For Wanted 'Dapper Dan Bandit' In Virginia The FBI continue their search to find the "Dapper Dan Bandit" who stole money from a North Chesterfield bank, officials said.  On Sept. 29, the armed suspect walked into the First Community Bank, located in the 11000 block of Midlothian Turnpike, and demanded the teller hand over money, according to the FBI.
