Marval Iran Polk Jr., 20, was killed while riding a motorcycle after colliding with a 2013 Honda Accord around 9:50 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 30, according to Howard County police. Polk Jr. reportedly collided with the Honda while it was making a left turn at Port Capital Drive on Route 1.  The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
