Cocaine, Loaded Gun Seized From Suspended PA Driver, Passenger In Westminster Stop: Sheriff A loaded gun, cocaine, cash and drug paraphernalia were seized from a Pennsylvania man and his passenger in a Carroll County stop over the weekend, police said. A Carroll County sheriff's deputy was patrolling along Baltimore Boulevard in Westminster, when he spotted a blue Ford Mustang speeding past vehicles in the right turn lane around 3:50 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 27, the county sheriff's office said. The victim was hit while "wearing dark clothing" and "not using a marked crosswalk," at 9:11 p.m. in the 1000 block of Carlisle Street, according to Hanover police. He was flown to York Hospital with serious injuries, as detailed in the release.  The teen's identity was not released.
