A Virginia woman has been identified as the person killed in a multi-vehicle crash in Prince George's County that left another person with serious injuries. Springfield resident Tamecka Allen, 41, was killed in a midday three-vehilce crash in Beltsville on Friday that required a second person to be extricated from their vehicle, authorities said on Monday. Soldier Found Dead Inside Fort Meade Barracks In Maryland, Army Says
A soldier was found dead Wednesday, April 10 at a Fort Meade barrack in Anne Arundel County, according to officials. The soldier was found by a service member who went into his room to check on him around 10:20 a.m., when he found him unresponsive, according to Shaun Herron, a public affairs specialist with the US Army. Baltimore Firefighter Fighting To Recover After Serious Accident
A Baltimore firefighter is recovering after being involved in a serious accident after leaving work, authorities say. On the morning of Friday, Nov. 4, EMT and firefighter Jake Bicking was heading home after his shift when he was involved in a serious accident, announced a Baltimore Firefighters Union spokesperson. "We’re grateful for the firefighters & EMS providers who cared for our brother. We stand by Brother Bicking & his family now & throughout his long road to recovery", the statement continued.
